As a small, women founded brand, we pour our hearts into crafting each incense stick. Our greatest wish is that our products enhance your well being and bring intention into your everyday moments.

If for any reason your experience falls short of that, we are here to make it right.

Our Promise

If you don't absolutely love your Looshi experience, we'll restore your happiness with a different aroma you'll adore or a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We stand behind every stick we make.

How Returns Work

Returning a Looshi product is simple:

1. Complete our Return Request Form Share a few details about your experience so we can serve you better. Once you submit the form, you'll receive the return address and full shipping instructions right on the confirmation page.

2. Send Your Item Ship the product in its original packaging to the address provided. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Processing Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Good to Know

All returns require a completed return request form. Packages sent without a return request on file cannot be accepted.

If you'd like to exchange for a different scent, the quickest path is to submit a return for your current product and place a new order for the aroma that calls to you. We'll process your refund as soon as your return arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order, but if something goes wrong, please reach out to us immediately at hello@hellolooshi.com.

When you contact us, include photos of the product, the packaging, and anything else that helps us understand what happened. We'll coordinate with our shipping partner to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order when it arrives so we can address any issues right away.
