Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During major sales or holiday periods, please allow a little extra time as we carefully prepare each order.

If you need to make a change after placing your order, email us at hello@hellolooshi.com with as many details as possible. While we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed, we'll do our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $45 within the contiguous United States.

Once your order is picked up by our carrier, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is created, though tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear.

After Your Order Ships

Once your package is in transit, tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not reflect real time movement. If your order seems delayed or tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us at hello@hellolooshi.com and we'll look into it for you.

International Shipping

We ship to countries around the world. International shipping rates, delivery timelines, and any applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you'll see the full cost of your order before completing your purchase.
